We are a church that believes God’s word means the same thing today as it did yesterday. We are committed to the understanding that Christ’s Church on earth is meant to transform us and our society, especially at a time when so much around us seems broken. That means we are both hearers of God’s word and doers of His word. We are a Bible-believing, evangelical church and we love Christ and our neighbor!

 

Our worship time on Sunday morning is 10:30 AM with Sunday School at 9:30 AM. We have a class for every age from our youngest students on up, so come out and join us! We truly believe we are a large church family and there are plenty of opportunities to be in fellowship here at First United Methodist Church of Carlyle. From ministries like Caring 4 Carlyle and Congregational Care to activities like an active youth group and Bible studies, we are sure to have a place for you to plant yourself and grow!
